3. Recruitment of design team volunteers

4. Coordination of team design in field

5. Possible role as team Civil Engineer

6. Coordination of team design drawings / project report

B. Office Computers

1. Administer office computer network

a. oversee IT troubleshooting

b. coordinate with other eMi office standards and file management as related to Engineering disciplines

C. Office Operational Procedures

1. Set up/Administer office standard procedures for Engineering disciplines

a. standardize base documents, recording procedures, etc.

D. Misc.

1. Some office newsletter and ACDP contribution

2. General promotion of eMiC

3. Some really fun things like Staff BBQ’s, office prayer and worship
