About Us
Kevin Wiens is a professional engineer who has stepped from his career in civil and municipal engineering to full time missions serving overseas missions in his area of expertise. He started volunteering with Engineering Ministries International in 2002 by joining a team of volunteer engineers and architects for 2 weeks to assist in the master plan, site development, and building design of an education center in north-central Cambodia. After a few years of volunteering every year in various places around the world, he joined the staff of EMI Canada in the spring of 2007 and now leads these design teams overseas. His wife, Michele, provides publications support to the Canada Office. They are based in Calgary.
